Bobby Baker joined RPA in February 2019. Prior to joining RPA, Bobby was a consultant for the Department of Homeland Security in Washington, DC. Bobby brings to RPA 30+ years of national emergency and disaster services and response management. His previous roles as a hospital administrator, Chairman of the Board for a healthcare coalition, board member of multiple regional emergency services committees, and a college program chair and instructor have broadened his understanding and impact on the emergency services and healthcare arenas. In 2006, he received the Virginia Governor’s Award for Outstanding Pre-hospital Instructor and continues to teach various coursework such as the Certified Hospital Emergency Coordinator program. Bobby holds a degree in Emergency Health Services from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Evansville, and an MBA from Radford University. He works out of Salem, VA where he continues to practice as a Paramedic and will be based as part of the RPA Hartford, CT office.
